Susan Rice, Former National Security Advisor for the Obama administration, told Trump’s administration to prepare for the meeting with Kim Jong Un by creating a team with Obama officials.
Rice claims it’s “absolutely imperative” Trump’s admin re-hires Obama officials to help with the North Korea talks.
President Trump was able to secure a meeting with Kim Jong Un in 14 months, unlike Obama who never was able to slow down “little rocket man,” as Trump refers to Kim.
“I think it’s absolutely imperative that the president draw on the expertise that exists in the United Sates on North Korea.”

She continued, “I think it’s absolutely imperative that the President draws on the expertise that does exist in the United States on North Korea. Little of it remains in the administration, unfortunately, because we’re hemorrhaging experts and diplomats,” Rice stated.
“I think it would be a very wise move for the President and the Secretary of State to recall our diplomats and experts who have negotiated with North Korea on a bipartisan basis and consult with them extensively. Impress them into joining a team that would advise the administration about how to approach this negotiation.”
There’s plenty of North Korea experts in the U.S. to choose from. Those names most certainly do not include Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Barack Obama, Madeleine Albright, Wendy Sherman, Ben Rhodes, Samantha Power, etc.https://t.co/plwRMOv0e6

The President has made it this far without the help of Obama officials, who seem to have a habit of spying on the Trump campaign. I don’t think he needs any help now.
But hey, maybe Trump could hire them to wiretap Kim before the meeting!
Rice made headlines earlier this week when it was revealed Susan Rice, issued a stand down order in response to Russian meddling surrounding the 2016 Presidential election.
